First Flow — Sun Salutations. A simple way to learn the Sun Salutations… and actually understand them. This is your starting point. If you’ve ever felt unsure in your yoga practice—like you’re just following along without really knowing what you’re doing—this course is for you. Inside this practice, you’ll be guided step by step through the Sun Salutations in a way that actually makes sense in your body. No pressure. No need to be flexible. No need to keep up. Just one breath, one movement at a time. This experience is designed to feel like someone is walking you through it—clearly, simply, and with care—so you don’t have to figure it all out on your own.
